We are very happy to announce the successful deployment of the “Call Recording” functionality within Kwebbl’s hosted PBX. Within the “Company” user interface you can access this feature at the “extensions” tab in the blue bar at the left side by creating or editing an user. Use the drop down menu to select “Always”, “Never” or “On demand”.

You can turn on the recording for an extension at two places in the Company panel.

  1. Editing and creating an User

Always – all calls are recorded (temporary turn off – use short code)

On demand – a specific call is recorded when the short code is used

Never – no calls are recorded

  1. Settings

In the panel “Settings” it is possible to add multiple extensions at the same time and slide the green dot from left to right to change the period that the recorded calls are stored and accessible within Kwebbl.

On the top right you can enter a DTMF code which you can use for activating call recording on demand on a (soft)phone.

At the left side (in the middle), there is a possibility to search for extensions.

Extensions at the left side

  • All extensions at the left side have the status “Never”.

  • when you click on the grey “circle” button -> the extension will be moved to the right side and gets the “Always” status.

Kwebbl's Reseller panel

We are very happy to announce the successful deployment of “The Reseller Tenant”. As a provider you’ll be able to create “Resellers” and “Companies” in the provider user interface in the “Organizations” tab.

With the reseller functionality Kwebbl creates a 4th tenant in their User Interface. From now on you’ll be able to create new resellers under your provider login. Resellers can login with the created credentials and are able to add companies in their own “Resell Portal”. If wanted the “ Resell Portal” can be fully white labelled with their own logo’s and url. Providers can assign numbers to the reseller or to the companies in the “Number management” tab in the Provider Panel. Resellers, of course, can only assign numbers to their “Companies”

For more information please contact Kwebbl’s Operational team, by email or phone.

Kwebbl expands to Belgium

Kwebbl, the Smart Cloud Communications platform, is launching her services in Belgium. It will be the second country, after the Netherlands, where businesses will be able to use the Kwebbl platform. This expansion is in part the result of an unique cooperation with our Pan-European interconnect partner COLT.

“We chose Belgium as the first country for Kwebbl’s international expansion. Mainly because of the interest of 2 big Belgium communications resellers this was an easy choice. In the coming months we expect a few more European countries to follow.”
