Kwebbl and Lawcloud are creating a unique proposition for Dutch legal businesses

Kwebbl and Lawcloud are joining forces and have created a valuable fully integrated proposition for law firms. After the successful introduction into the Belgian market in recent years, parties will also introduce this solution in the other countries where Kwebbl operates. First, of course, we will start in the Netherlands, Kwebbl’s home market.

In Belgium, Kwebbl’s communications solution has already been successfully integrated in Lawcloud’s ecosystem together with other powerful tools such as office 365! Zendesk phone integration

The new Zendesk integration enables our customers to work more efficiently and to deliver the highest level of customer support using Kwebbl and Zendesk. Agents will know who is calling before they even answer the phone and manually creating new tickets or searching for tickets now belongs to the past.


Basic integration

On an incoming call the phone number will be searched in Zendesk. If the contact is found, the information is sent directly to the agents computers. Before agent even answers the call, he will already know who’s calling. Clicking on the push notification, he will be redirected to the customers detail page in Zendesk. From now on updating your Zendesk CRM will be easy.

Contact found

In case the contact is found in Zendesk, the push notification contains the callers information from Zendesk. This notification is clickable and redirects to the contact detail page in Zendesk.

No contact found

In case the contact does not exist in Zendesk, the push notification contains the callers DID number. This notification is clickable and redirects to the home page of Zendesk.

Anonymous calls

In case you receive an anonymous call, the push notification contains only “anonymous”. The notification is clickable and redirects to the home page of Zendesk.

Extra modules

Besides the basic integration, it is possible to add extra modules for extended integrations. Please note that multiple modules can be added.

Create contact

In case a contact does not exist in Zendesk, we can create a new contact automatically. After the call is answered, the contact is created and a new push notification appears on the agents computer. Clicking on the notification redirects to the newly created contact, which will already have the phone number filled in.

Advanced ticket logging

Pending ticket lookup

On an incoming call we can search in Zendesk if the caller has pending tickets. In case he has a pending ticket, you receive a new push notification with the URL to the ticket and add the call log as a private comment to the ticket.

Create new ticket

In case a contact does not have an open or pending ticket, we can automatically create a new ticket. After the call is answered you receive a new push notification with the url to open the newly created ticket directly.

Outgoing calls

Placing outbound calls can be done directly from Zendesk. With the Google Chrome Click to Dial plugin a call button appears next to every phone number on the page. When clicking on this green phone button, the agents phone will start ringing and the call will be set-up automatically as soon as he answers the call.

Kwebbl Cloud CRM Connector

The Kwebbl Realtime API serves as the foundation for a successful and efficient business. Creating a custom integration for each individual CRM and ERP system using the Kwebbl Realtime API can be a time consuming exercise. The Kwebbl Cloud CRM Connector makes integrating all of these Cloud Applications an easy and cost effective solution.

Fully Cloud Based

The Kwebbl Cloud CRM Connector is fully cloud based. This means that no local uncontrollable software is needed on the customer’s computers. The only thing the customer needs, is the Google Chrome Click-to-Dial extension. This extension is needed to receive push notifications. The current version already has the ability to click and dial phone numbers on any website, including the customers cloud CRM application. Support is easily available and logs are stored online for fast investigation on any potential synchronization errors.

Locking in a long term relationship with your customers

It gets even better: integrations strengthen the relationship with your customers. Does your customer uses multiple applications within their company? No problem; we can connect them all and make sure the right users will receive notifications containing the information from the application they are using. It is even possible to perform the Callers lookup in multiple applications at the same time.

Contact lookup & Real Time caller info

When receiving an incoming call, the phone number is searched in the contacts from any CRM, marketing automation platform, databases, helpdesks and other cloud applications. All contacts are synced after each call and the contact details are sent immediate as a push notification to the user.

The push notifications are clickable for quick access to the contact detail page of the CRM system. This helps users to easily update their CRM system and log the call.

Jouw Profiel

  • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau met 0 tot 2 jaar ervaring;
  • Ervaring met Exact Online is een pré;
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (met name Excel);
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een vereiste;
  • Beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pré;
  • Flexibel en geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit; en
  • Je staat sterk in je schoenen en bent niet bang om iets nieuws bij te leren.

Jouw Functie

In deze functie beheer je de debiteurenadministratie van een aantal entiteiten, zodat deze actueel is en dat er tijdig kan worden beschikt over informatie van de openstaande vorderingen.

  • Het verwerken van betalingen in de debiteuren- en grootboekadministratie;
  • Het bewaken van het verloop van de debiteurensaldi en bevorderen dat overschrijdingen van de krediettermijn tot een minimum wordt beperkt. Hierbij heb je veel persoonlijk klantcontact en contacten intern;
  • Samenstellen van periodieke overzichten zodat inzicht wordt verkregen in onder meer betalingsachterstanden, gemiddelde werkelijke krediettermijn e.d.;
  • Behandelen van vragen en bezwaren van debiteuren, het afstemmen met sales in geval van vermeende afwijking ten opzichte van het contract in toegepaste prijs-, betaal- en leveringscondities;
  • Het meehelpen van de periodieke aangiftes omzetbelasting; en
  • Overige voorkomende werkzaamheden.

Encrypted calls Realtime API on Kwebbl Hosted Platform

Kwebbl, one of the fastest growing Smart Cloud Communications-platforms in Europe, has added 2 significant functionalities to its platform. The first is that calls can be encrypted by using the techniques of SRTP and TLS. Companies can choose that calls will be encrypted so that they can no longer be eavesdropped. Further Kwebbl announces the release of the Realtime API. The Realtime API allows clients and third party developers to integrate a multitude applications and new features.

Via the released technical specifications Software Engineers can easily implement the Realtime API into a third party application. The Realtime API brings a bunch of events and call actions that will allow flexible integrations with 3rd party and custom software. Events include call being started, answered, transferred, recorded, etcetera, whilst actions include starting calls stopping calls and transferring calls. Use cases that could be created with this API includes amongst others:

  • Call me back on an ecommerce site
  • Customer Card popups in CRM
  • Automatically open tickets in an inbound support call center
  • Show the BLF status of all co-workers in an online company guide
  • Click to dial from an online company phone book
