Fully Cloud Based

The Kwebbl Cloud CRM Connector is fully cloud based. This means that no local uncontrollable software is needed on the customer’s computers. The only thing the customer needs, is the Google Chrome Click-to-Dial extension. This extension is needed to receive push notifications. The current version already has the ability to click and dial phone numbers on any website, including the customers cloud CRM application. Support is easily available and logs are stored online for fast investigation on any potential synchronization errors.

Locking in a long term relationship with your customers

It gets even better: integrations strengthen the relationship with your customers. Does your customer uses multiple applications within their company? No problem; we can connect them all and make sure the right users will receive notifications containing the information from the application they are using. It is even possible to perform the Callers lookup in multiple applications at the same time.

Contact lookup & Real Time caller info

When receiving an incoming call, the phone number is searched in the contacts from any CRM, marketing automation platform, databases, helpdesks and other cloud applications. All contacts are synced after each call and the contact details are sent immediate as a push notification to the user.

The push notifications are clickable for quick access to the contact detail page of the CRM system. This helps users to easily update their CRM system and log the call.
