Kwebbl expands to Germany

It will be the third country, after the Netherlands and Belgium, where businesses will be able to use the Kwebbl platform. This expansion is part of the cooperation with 42com, an ICT enabler, based in Berlin, Germany.

Deployment of Group Pickup functionality

After a period of 2 months in which the datacenter capacity has been tripled, Kwebbl’s development team successfully deployed the “Group Pickup” functionality.

Users of Kwebbl’s hosted platform are now able to “steal” incoming calls from another phone by using a pound key code.

Multiple options can be configured from within the “Company” user interface.

We are very happy to announce the successful deployment of the “Call Recording” functionality within Kwebbl’s hosted PBX. Within the “Company” user interface you can access this feature at the “extensions” tab in the blue bar at the left side by creating or editing an user. Use the drop down menu to select “Always”, “Never” or “On demand”.

Major Power Outage Amsterdam region

Through this mail we would like to inform you about the major power issues that hit the Amsterdam Region at this moment. Our Amsterdam datacenters reporting major issues in the service stability. Because of our geo redundant network setup Kwebbl is performing fine and there are no service issues reported. Also our multiple interconnect setup is performing fine and at this moment our telephony load is handeled through our Rotterdam interconnects.

Our NOC is however at the highest emergency level if problem accure.
